City of Perth Local Planning Strategy
The Local Planning Strategy (the Strategy) is the key guiding document that identifies short (0-5 year), medium (5-10 years) and long term (10-15 years) planning and development priorities for the City.
It will provide the strategic basis for the preparation of the City of Perth’s new Local Planning Scheme and planning policies. The Strategy is essential in supporting the City’s growth and fulfilling its role as the capital city of Western Australia.
