In accordance with Section 3.58 (3) of the Local Government Act 1995, Public notice is hereby given that the proposed disposal of the following property:

Property Concerned:	Communication Tower 2, Regal Place Carpark, 81 – 95 Royal Street, East Perth, legally described as: Part of Lot 221 on Diagram 91287 contained in Certificate of Title Volume 2086 Folio 297.
Market Value:	Net Rental $22,500.00 per annum excluding GST.
Parties Concerned:	City of Perth to Indara Corporation Pty Ltd (ACN 643 875 165)
Term:	A term of 5 years with 1 further option term of 5 years.
Consideration:	Net Rental $22,500.00 per annum excluding GST.
