If you are a resident of the City of Perth and are permanently or temporarily housebound, we can deliver Library items to you. This is a free service for residents in the City of Perth’s local government area. We visit regularly and can make the selection for you. Our friendly staff will discuss your preferences with you. Choose from our wide range of books, DVDs, BluRays, audiobooks and magazines. Contact us to find out if you’re eligible.
